 Understanding The CHRISTIAN CALL 

     The scripture above talks of God's gifts and calling. his gift of life to living things, gifts of seasons and time, gifts of nature and of all things that we have out of His bounty and sovereignty. These gifts are without repentance (hence irrevocable). However, big, small, believer, unbeliever, the atheist and all without fail, are welcome to these gifts. In the same way, His calling into Christian faith will not caese. Peoples of all nations and tribes in the whole world are constantly called by God. The good, the bad, the noble, the mighty, also the wise are not left out in the calling of God. 

     As in the call of Abraham, this call will continue without repentance until the second coming of the Lord Jesus. As long as the earth remaineth, the calling of people into God's kingdom and into office of apostleship, prophesy, evangelism, pastorial and teaching ministries will never cease.
